Prior to affiliating with MRG, Ronda Rivera was Assistant City Manager for the City of Citrus Heights (population 87,000). Ronda’s proven leadership skills and extensive experience in managing human resource, finance, city clerk responsibilities, and risk management provided her with a broad foundation in public administration. Ronda works collaboratively with key decision-makers to identify and evaluate options especially in the areas of employee relations, negotiation strategies, organizational management, training, policy creation, and mentoring. She has experience in operational reorganization, new division and department creation, new financial and operational system implementation, and implementing training programs. Her ability to develop clear, practical, and forward-moving outcomes for her clients is a cornerstone of her success.  Respect and collaboration serve as the foundation of Ronda’s working style.
