CITY OF GALT
The City of Galt engaged MRG to conduct an analysis of the City’s Information Technology activities to assist in assessing the programmatic and staffing adequacy of the Information Technology activity and the functionality of the current staffing configurations in the Division.
YOLO COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT
MRG submitted a summary of findings designed to review and, when possible, validate or dispute matters reported by the Yolo County Grand Jury in 2013-2014.
Review of Relationship of Focus Agencies
MRG teamed up with Berkson Associates to prepare the second round Municipal Services Review of the EMS and fire services in Contra Costa County, with the relationship of the focus agencies with ConFire (Contra Costa County Fire Protection District).

The City of San Luis Obispo engaged MRG to conduct an analysis of the City’s Information Technology activities to assist in assessing the programmatic and staffing adequacy of the Information Technology activity and the functionality of the current staffing configurations in the Division.

The Rodeo Hercules Fire District Board engaged MRG and NHA Advisors (NHA) to assist it in defining and addressing its current and future fiscal situation.

Report on Three Entities
The Peninsula Library System authorized this Report by MRG to evaluate staffing, revenue allocation and office building mortgage and ownership options among the three member‐based entities, Peninsula Library System (PLS), Pacific Library Partnership (PLP) and Califa Library Group (Califa).

Reclamation District No. 2103 (“RD 2103”) was formed to maintain portions of the Bear River and Dry Creek levees, providing flood protection for the City of Wheatland (“City”) and the surrounding area.

The Ironhouse Sanitary District (“District”) engaged MRG to review Jersey Island’s current revenue generating activities and provide the District with an analysis of Jersey Island’s suitability for alternative revenue generating uses.
