Report on Three Entities
The Peninsula Library System authorized this Report by MRG to evaluate staffing, revenue allocation and office building mortgage and ownership options among the three member‐based entities, Peninsula Library System (PLS), Pacific Library Partnership (PLP) and Califa Library Group (Califa).
