The City engaged MRG to assess issues and develop strategies to become an “Employer of Choice.” A ROADMAP was provided to help the City become an Employer of Choice to support the City’s Strategic Plan goal to attract and retain a talented and diverse workforce.

CITY OF WALNUT CREEK

Coaching Conversations

MRG partnered with the City to replace annual appraisals with quarterly Coaching Conversations for improved retention, reduce employee relations issues, increase employee understanding of expectations, and improve job performance.

MONO COUNTY

Strategic Plan

MRG worked with the County to develop a comprehensive, countywide strategic plan using multiple insights from the public, staff and BOS as a pathway to future accomplishments.

COKE FARM

Building a High Trust Workplace

The COKE Farm team worked with Claire Laughlin to build connection, have open conversations, create better team dynamics, and reduce stress, creating a positive workplace culture.

CITY OF SANTA BARBARA

High-Level Human Resoureces Organizational Assessment

The Santa Barbara Administrative Services Director engaged the services of MRG to provide a high-level assessment of Human Resources services delivery.

 

CITY OF SAN BRUNO

Community & Economic Development Department Report

MRG was engaged to assist with an assessment of the City’s CEDD to identify actionable recommendations in four areas: Culture/Staffing, Customer Service, Permit Processing and Technology.

ROSEVILLE PARK & REC

Five Year Implementation Plan

The City of Roseville commissioned MRG to develop an Implementation Plan from a series of planning documents previously completed for the Parks, Recreation & Libraries Department.

CITY OF SAN LEANDRO

Legal Services Analysis and Report

MRG was retained by the City Manager to conduct an analysis and prepare an evaluation of legal service options for the City. 

YOLO COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT

Committee Report

MRG submitted a summary of findings designed to review and, when possible, validate or dispute matters reported by the Yolo County Grand Jury in 2013-2014.
