Cathy Capriola’s local government career includes serving as City Manager for the CITY OF SONOMA, Assistant City Manager with the City of Novato, Administrative Services Director with the City of Citrus Heights and Deputy City Manager with the City of Davis. She offers deep expertise in governance, human resources, public information, community engagement, finance, and information technology. Cathy’s key strengths are leading teams and organizations, organizational development, strategic planning, facilitation, team building, coaching and project management. With a strategic entrepreneurial lens, Cathy can see enhanced levels of service delivery and drive initiatives to reach the next level. She is helping lead the development of innovative, highly sought-after executive development programs and is the co-architect of MRG’s EMPLOYER OF CHOICE organizational assessment program.
