MRG has experienced investigators having conducted over 500 workplace investigations. The MRG Investigation group is more than a team of both highly skilled attorney investigators and licensed private investigators, we are the “go to” experts to provide investigation training, expert witness services, procedure review and best practices for the evolving field of workplace investigations.   

But we’re more – we are also experienced technical experts in all critical areas impacting public sector employees. Our team includes a former County Counsel, a former Chief of Police and Safety command staff, as well as former Directors of Human Resources and public agency departments.  We know both the “how” and “why” issues related to public sector operations.  

We are also available to help resolve the conflicts that result in workplace claims.  Our mediators are seasoned and experienced at conflict resolution and, more importantly, in brokering resolutions and generating a plan of action.  We help develop the skills of the staff member that undermine the client’s operations and limit organizational potential. 

We also serve as hearing officers and neutral fact finders to assist our clients in seeking final resolution to critical organizational challenges.
