The City engaged MRG to assess issues and develop strategies to become an “Employer of Choice.” A ROADMAP was provided to help the City become an Employer of Choice to support the City’s Strategic Plan goal to attract and retain a talented and diverse workforce.

Coaching Conversations
MRG partnered with the City to replace annual appraisals with quarterly Coaching Conversations for improved retention, reduce employee relations issues, increase employee understanding of expectations, and improve job performance.

Strategic Plan
MRG worked with the County to develop a comprehensive, countywide strategic plan using multiple insights from the public, staff and BOS as a pathway to future accomplishments.

High-Level Human Resoureces Organizational Assessment
The Santa Barbara Administrative Services Director engaged the services of MRG to provide a high-level assessment of Human Resources services delivery.
CITY OF SAN BRUNO
Community & Economic Development Department Report
MRG was engaged to assist with an assessment of the City’s CEDD to identify actionable recommendations in four areas: Culture/Staffing, Customer Service, Permit Processing and Technology.
ROSEVILLE PARK & REC
Five Year Implementation Plan
The City of Roseville commissioned MRG to develop an Implementation Plan from a series of planning documents previously completed for the Parks, Recreation & Libraries Department.
