Andi Stanley

Andi Stanley is responsible for managing client and business services for the MRG organization. She has broad-based experience in several industries that contribute to the success of coordinating the many service areas of MRG. Her management responsibilities include client communications, project intake, proposal development, contract documentation, new consultant onboarding, and project support.   

Prior to affiliating with MRG, Andrea worked in a tax and accounting practice in Elk Grove for four years to develop a skill set that goes beyond traditional bookkeeping. She possesses a strong organizational ability which she uses to resolve day-to-day operational and administrative problems. She has been assisting service industries such as engineering, construction, and law firms, medical offices, educational businesses, and insurance companies in preparing their accounting reports.  In her time at Rogers Montgomery CPAs, PC she actively managed several schedules of payroll, quarterly and annual reporting, and related monthly accounting. She also helped produce GAAP financial statements for a corporate commercial real estate company that included 10 entities. She is efficient, independent, and extremely conscientious with regard to confidential material handling.

Andrea has been engaged in office administration since 1995 when the family opened their first business. She has continued to expand her knowledge in business management, accounting, and administrative services at many levels. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Ecology and Systematic Biology from California Polytechnic in San Luis Obispo. She then earned an Advanced Accounting Certificate from Cosumnes River College in Sacramento.
