As a consultant now affiliated with MRG, Alana Forrest brings extensive leadership, security and law enforcement executive experience to the group. She has worked in agencies and corporations providing guidance and leadership in professional development, performance management, training, collaboration, policy development and implementation, workplace investigations, physical safety and security operations, executive protection, risk mitigation and threat assessments. Earlier in her career, Alana worked 17 years for the Palo Alto Police Dept and 12 years as a Captain at the Los Gatos/Monte Sereno Police Department.
Alana has served in executive positions for four non-profit boards, Kiwanis Club of Los Gatos, YWCA Silicon Valley and ASIS International, SF Bay Area Chapter and currently serves as the Vice President of the Women Leaders in Law Enforcement Foundation.
