She helps leaders broaden their perspective, uncover the patterns shaping their thinking and behavior, and navigate difficult situations with greater clarity, resilience, and intention. Her work strengthens trust, alignment, and the capacity to lead through complexity and change.

Over the past 30 years, Lisa has coached and consulted with leaders across the public, private, healthcare, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial sectors, including hundreds of public sector executives leading cities, counties, special districts, and public agencies. Her insight is grounded in the real-world challenges leaders face every day.

Lisa integrates leadership development, organizational psychology, systems thinking, emotional agility, conflict resolution, and team dynamics to help leaders create meaningful, lasting change. She holds a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and has completed advanced training in executive coaching, Leadership Circle, the Enneagram, Appreciative Inquiry, Conscious Leadership, Inner Team Dialogue, positive psychology, and conflict resolution. She is a certified Martha Beck Coach, Leadership Circle practitioner, Enneagram Integrative 9 practitioner, and a member of the International Coaching Federation and Harvard McLean Institute of Coaching.
