Jacki Credico

Jacki Credico has 25 years of Human Resources Generalist and Management experience, including 5 years focused primarily on recruitment and selection. She has a total of 20 years of management experience with 13 spent managing human resources, including safety and risk management offices in departmental and countywide capacities. Jacki has worked closely with Executive Leaders in both sectors to efficiently deliver results in hiring highly qualified candidates while keeping diversity and inclusion in the forefront.

She has extensive experience handling employee complaints, employee leaves, the Americans with Disabilities Act interactive process and processed Civil Rights complaints and investigations for human services in coordination with the State of California guidelines. As a County Safety Officer and Joint Powers Association Board member for over 8 years, she possesses extensive knowledge on workplace safety.

Jacki has a Bachelor’s Degree from San Diego State University in Journalism. She has a Human Resources Management Certificate from San Jose State University (2004), an Executive Leadership certificate from UC Davis (2017) and previously held a Senior Professional HR Certification (2014-2020).
