Allegra Roukema
Workplace Investigations
Allegra Roukema is a consulting professional with over thirteen years of experience advising government agencies and corporate clients on business, legal, and compliance issues. Before affiliating with MRG, she worked at the University of Washington, one of the largest employers in Washington State. There, she specialized in public records act compliance, particularly regarding high-profile internal investigations of employee misconduct. Prior to that, Allegra practiced corporate law, represented clients in mergers and acquisitions, and served on criminal defense teams.
An attorney since 2010, Allegra is admitted to the bar in New York and Washington State. She has worked for the American Civil Liberties Union, the International Criminal Tribunal for Former Yugoslavia, Troutman Sanders LLP, and the University of Washington.
Allegra holds a B.A. in both Political Science and Linguistics from the University of Washington and a J.D. from Cornell University. Additionally, she has completed CALPELRA investigation coursework.
