Vangelina supports MRG’s billing, project administration, and operational analysis, and helps the firm continually refine its internal processes. She also proofreads and edits the firm’s reports, ensuring consistency, polish, and accuracy in client-facing deliverables.

Her attention to detail and focus on continuous improvement shape how she works with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify practical solutions, strengthen processes, and keep projects on track.

Before joining MRG, Vangelina was a journey-level adjudicator with the California Employment Development Department (EDD). There she researched and interpreted policy, managed complex cases, and applied rules and procedures consistently, sharpening the analytical and decision-making skills she now brings to MRG’s day-to-day operations. Earlier in her career, she spent more than five years providing administrative support to senior executives, building a strong foundation in document management, communication, coordination, and high-level administrative operations.

Vangelina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
