Erica Greenberg is an engaging and dedicated human resources professional who has a broad range of experience within the disciplines of Human Resources. She is highly skilled in recruitment, classification and compensation, benefits, employee relations and labor relations. Erica has additional experience with SAP and ADP Human Resources Information Systems, NeoGov and CalOpps Applicant Tracking Systems, surveys, monitoring budgets, position control, reconciling benefit billings, onboarding, facilitating new employee orientations and a portfolio of various projects.

A seasoned human resource generalist, Erica has worked for the City of Palo Alto for over 15 years in various roles and disciplines. Her experience includes both private sector and municipalities. She has worked in recruitment, onboarding and facilitating new employee orientations, coaching and advising managers and employees, job description updates, desk audits, surveys and supporting labor negotiations. Projects she has worked on include research and audits, review and analysis of HRIS data, creating training documents and data collection.

Erica brings excellent interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving and an analytical approach to her work. She listens to concerns patiently, addresses issues directly and offers thoughtful counseling and suggestions. She has considerable knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration and is highly organized and brings a resourceful, enthusiastic attitude to her work.
