Eric Rozenoff

Investigations, Public Safety and Administration Consultant

Eric Rozenoff is an experienced law enforcement professional with over 25 years of experience in investigations, public safety, audit, and compliance issues.  Eric is skillful in criminal and administrative investigations and truly enjoys the investigative process.  He has expertise in investigations concerning elder abuse, fraud, embezzlement, and administrative processes.

Eric served in the California Highway Patrol for 20 years retiring as an Executive Lieutenant.  At the Golden Gate Division, he was responsible for ensuring that CHP commands within Golden Gate Division were compliant with all training, and was responsible for the review of all investigations involving CHP use of force. Additionally, he developed the CHP’s Advanced Officer Safety Training Program for which he was presented the Governor’s Employee Safety Award.  At the CHP’s Transportation Management Center in Oakland, Eric developed and maintained public/private partnerships in order to facilitate major transportation projects throughout Northern California.

Following his retirement from the CHP, Eric was hired by the California Department of Developmental Services as a sworn law enforcement investigator. He promoted to Commander/Supervising Special Investigator in 2017 and officially left service with the State of California in 2019 in order to conduct investigations privately.

Eric is a licensed California Private Investigator and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in History from San Francisco State University and possesses numerous law enforcement commendations and training certificates.
